Payment Policy:

All online sales are processed via Stripe. This ensures payment safety for both parties.

Delivery:

Standard Shipping Fee – €6 via DPD Couriers (Free Delivery on all orders over €60)

Please allow up to 3 working days for your delivery.

All orders are despatched Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday before 1pm. Orders Placed before 1pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day or the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, over the weekend and in the case of a Bank Holiday, will be dispatched the next working day.

In the unlikely event of receiving damaged product(s), please notify us by email within 3 days to [email protected]

Click and Collect option:

Click and collect is also available and if this option is selected, products will be available to collect from the salon at the following address at your convenience.
